【Delivery】Second 3300AV ASD Tugboat Successfully Delivered
On October 30th 2014, the second 3300AV tugboat named KST PRIDE was successfully delivered from Zhenjiang Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd.
Designed by Canada Robert Allan, the tug is 33.75m in length (MLD), 12.20m in width (MLD) and 5.40m in depth. The tug also boasts a positive towing force ≥70.3t, 4.23m of draft, a continuous 4000kw power rate of its main engine and 13 knots of its sailing speed, which, ensures itself can be operated in unrestricted area. The class notations of this tug is from ABS, namely ABS Al TOWING VESSEL, ESCORT VESSEL,Ⓔ,AMS, UNRESTRICTED NAVIGATION, FIRE FIGTHING VESSEL CLASS 1。
Mr. Peter,the director and general manager of Keppel Smit, Mr. Huang Guang, shareholder representative from China AVIC and Mr. Guo Yan, general manager from Zhenjiang Shipyard, with other guests attended the signing ceremony for delivery. |
