【Technology】Another New Type of Self-designed ASD Tugboat Approved
Recently, Zhenjiang Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd has successfully developed another new type of ASD tugboat with low vibration, which has also been approved by Jiangsu Technology Department as a provincial hi-tech product.
Usually, most ASD tugboats are suffered from high vibration in major cabins. With the help of such technologies as Hull Structural Acoustic Design, Vibration Control, Vibration Imitation and Project, researchers studied the vibration-proof technology on both main and auxiliary equipment onboard by Finite Element Method and Statistical Energy Analysis. As a result, main targeted cabins in this new kind of ASD tugboats meet the expected standard. Through continuous efforts, designers have also optimized the structure in engine room, propulsion room and fuel oil room. Furthermore, three major related technologies have applied for 3 patents and received 3 utility models. |
